8.1 - Corner Vortices - Showing radial directions of Corner Vortices borning within the Center and exiting through the eight Corners and into the neighboring cubes but in reverse rotation. Radial forces also reflect from inside these corners back to Center.

8.2 - Sympathetic Streams - Wave cycles showing vortex Gyro-Radiating from centers through Corners. I submit for your consideration this diagram of Walter Russell's illustrates what Keely was calling "sympathetic streams" or "sympathetic flows". These are the flows of etheric substance.

"Although physicists know that this extraordinary influence exists between inanimate objects as a class, they look upon the human organism as little more than a machine, taking small interest in researches which evince the dominion of mind over matter. Keely's experimental research in this province has shown him that it is neither the electric nor the magnetic flow, but the etheric, which sends its current along our nerves; that the electric or the magnetic bears an infinitely small ratio to that of an etheric flow, both as to velocity and tenuity; that true coincidents can exist between any mediums - cartilage to steel, steel to wood, wood to stone, and stone to cartilage; that the same influence (sympathetic association) which governs all the solids holds the same governing influence over all liquids; and again, from liquid to solid, embracing the three kingdoms, animal, vegetable and mineral; that the action of mind over matter thoroughly substantiates these incontrovertible laws of sympathetic etheric influence; that the only true medium which exists in nature is the sympathetic flow emanating from the normal human brain, governing correctly the graduating and setting-up of the true sympathetic vibratory positions in machinery necessary to success; that these flows come in on the order of the fifth and seventh positions of atomic subdivision, compound ether a resultant of this subdivision; that, if metallic mediums are brought under the influence of this sympathetic flow they become organism which carry the same influence with them that the human brain does over living physical positions - that the composition of the metallic and of the physical are one and the same thing, although the molecular arrangement of the physical may be entirely opposite to the metallic on their aggregations; that the harmonious chords induced by sympathetic positive vibration permeate the molecules in each, notwithstanding, and bring about the perfect equation of any differentiation that may exist - in one, the same as in the other - and thus they become one and the same medium for sympathetic transmission; that the etheric flow is of a tenuity coincident to the condition governing the seventh subdivision of matter - a condition of subtlety that readily and instantaneously permeates all forms of aggregated matter, from air to solid hammered steel - the velocity of the permeation being the same with the one as with the other; that the tenuity of the etheric flow is so infinitely fine that any magnifying glass, the power of which would enlarge the smallest grain of sand to the size of the sun, brought to bear upon it, would not make it visible to us; that light, traversing at the speed of 200,000 miles per second a distance requiring a thousand centuries to reach, would be traversed by the etheric flow in an indefinite fragment of a second." 8.3 - Stabilities - The eight corner cubes will be less stable as they are only "balanced" by squarely touching three other cubes. These three influencing polar forces will be unstable enough to initiate vortex motions in each corner cube. Keeping in mind each of these 27 cubes contains a centralized "particle" of matter. The stabilities and instabilities of the cubes are the same for the contained particles.

8.4 - Three Forces in Harmony - The three spinning envelopes will centralize and enclose one another. This results in six primary types of primal matter. See Part 14.

According to Russell's interpretation the aspects of each of these types of ray frequencies are accummulated to a maximum at the Center or 4++. This is not born out in others' works wherein these types of ray frequencies are maximized (respectively) at the beginning, center and end of the octave.

8.5 - Dynaspheric Shells - This faster vortex will be the inner most envelope which will be enclosed by the second spinning vortex and the third vortex will enclose the first two. Imagine an orange with three peels each one covering a band or width of the equator sealing the area not covered by another enclosed band. The poles of each spinning equator will be open. In Figure 26 the black areas of each shell are the spinning sealing areas of motion. The colored areas are the open polar zones. The three concentric peels will effectively seal the entire surface area of the orange according to its velocity of rotation which translates directly into force of compression and density. The end result is a highly compressed "solid" sphere of matter. These dynaspheric shells correspond to Russell's "caps" that seal and hold an atom together. See "Atomic Suicide?" for more details.

8.6 - Triplets Form Larger Units of Unity - As the triplets form from the swirling and concentrating etheric (atomolic) substance (Mind) they are naturally polarized in relation to each other. Three will naturally aggregate to form into a larger triplet - the natural result of the three polar states' mutual seeking and repulsion. This triple assemblage can take only six forms. This triple aggregation will multiply in size by threes eventually forming large molecules of the same configuration. Figure 27 shows in black how the contracting zones (equators) seal over each other.

8.7 - Rotating Triplets - Spheres rotating 90° to each others' orbital planes and parallel to the Internal and External Cube Planes of Inertia and about the Center of an enclosing sphere or its range of motion.

8.9 - Proto-Ether (Æther) - Elsewhere we have specified how Æther and ether are two distinctly different elements. Æther is the proto form of matter before matter becomes 3-D or perceptible. Ether, as a general term, corresponds to our currently acknowledged "quantum" soup of sub-atomic particles. Æther then is more like an idea than like matter and from this introductory idea or non-form of matter are derived and developed all other forms of matter. Which developing process is both creative and evolutionary sometimes referred to as "progressive evolution" as we see in overtone development in music. There exists then a range of energy/matter that exists between the so-called Godhead of All That There Is and the lowly world of 3-D 'solid' matter. This is the realm Keely focused much of his time and attention as this range of proto-matter is more Causitive nature than sensible matter which is taken as Resultant or Effect of subtler causes (proto-matter). It is interesting that Walter Russell, writing nearly 40 years after Keely's original work, developed a chart classifying these (at that time) unrecognized and tenuous "etheric" elements.

8.10 - The Etheric Quantum Soup - The above chart shows all forms of matter as elements elegantly classified in a simple format along the lines of music development. The chart encompasses nine octaves stretching from the initiatory creation of proto-matter (pre-quantum) through its evolutionary journey to its highest expressioning form - Carbon and then devolving through radiative forces back to its initiatory form - IDEA. At this point in our discovery we wish to deal exclusively with the first three octaves - the range of proto-matter better known as 'quantum particles' or ether. In these three octaves are contained twenty-four elements all of which precede Hydrogen. As we consider Hydrogen the simplest of atoms all these elements must therefore be something other than "atoms" and may then be considered pre-atoms or sub-atomic or quanta entitites from which are composed all other atoms.
