I needed to ship a package to Virginia OVERNIGHT. The OVERNIGHT fee is $36.60 but they can't get it there OVERNIGHT but can get it there in two days (by Thursday am).Ê The TWO DAY delivery costs the SAME but they can't guarantee delivery in two days! So if I pay for One Day service they can't delivery that service but instead deliver Two Day service for the price of One Day service. If I buy Two Day service (at the same price as One Day service) they can't get it there in Two Days - but they can get it there in Two Days if I pay for One Day service. Doesn't sound so bad when I read it back to myself.... maybe I wasn't ripped off - maybe they simply have a upside-down system in place. |
