(date is not exact) 03/2005 "EACH INDIVIDUAL changes inwardly by their own volition and desire because they WANT to change. They wish to embrace the changes (or some of them) they see in others around them (sympathetic association). Each individual is a part of society so as each one changes so does society in/by that amount. Some one once said: "Be the change you want to see in society." (or words to that effect). Inner change cannot be legislated (forced) by political belief systems or regimented (coerced) by religious belief systems. Each must make their own choices. It is not Cosmically correct that one individual or a group of individuals can force or coerce others to change to conform to some prescribed belief, moral or dogma system. This forcing of conformity is a major cause of society's problems right now. This type of force and coercion demonstrates disrespect and lack of love of others. Such enslavement of minds demonstrates arrogance, elitism, aristocracy, control and fear. The very best we can do is teach by being what we hold in mind. Elevated consciousness is to be LIVED/LOVED. Some examples: Henry Ford's Model T: Ford didn't attempt to legislate that everyone should have a car. He made the best car at the best price possible. Acquiring one of his cars (in those days) released people from tremendous burdens of working with animals and wagons as transport, shortened distances, provided manufacturing, sales and service jobs, increased leisure time to study and play and spawned countless support industries. In short by doing the best he could with his ideas elevated humanity in ways unheard of prior to that time." Ê |
