Universal Mind is the Creative Force of the Universe. The Undifferentiated Universal Mind is the actual Mind of God (as some call it). As God has not body or physical form per se then God is Mind when in the undifferentiated state. Through the process of differentiation (polarity, sex, etc) all that appears to be matter is rendered into visibility (form). So there is the unmanifest non-form of God (Undifferentiated Mind) and there is the EXPRESSIONING of that Mind that we know as the physical or visible universe. TWO STATES of the ONE, see?? The un-formed and the formed. Is speech not a form of expression? So when "God spoke" (expressed Itself) the un-formed IDEA held in Its Mind became formed.
I can't explain this stuff any simpler than that. Some will get it, most will refuse to allow themselves the pleasure of knowing anything greater than what they were told to repeat.
