Q: When we MAKE something to mimic our I creative powers in being made within a fear-based foundational system, is it not inherently potentially fearful in its outcome? A: I don't see any connections. What I do see is science is beginning to ask a lot of the right kinds of questions. And in that asking (a humble position) they will begin finding out about and REAFFIRMING what we as humans really are. There is an explosion of interest, scientific and lay, all over the web in these topics. This is humanity learning about itself. So far as building machines to mimic our creative powers I see nothing wrong in that or in machines of any kind - less they be specifically designed killing machines. For instance a lowly pair of pliers mimics the pinching or holding power of our fingers. Sanding machines mimics the power of our fingernails to scratch. Computers mimics our abilities to do math, draw, sing, make music, design and communicate locally or remotely, among a host of other creative abilities we have but use sparingly if at all. Machines made America the most productive country in the world and now that other countries are discovering the benefits of machines their productive and living standards are rising too. So we might ask how can machines be considered evil or nasty when our very existence today depends so heavily on them? Machines are designed to SERVE us. Now all this is not to say some misguided individual or organization might use different kinds of machines to work havoc on someone else. In this case the evil is not in the machines but in those directing same. Which again reinforces what I've been saying the world needs more Love before it needs more machines of the truly intelligent or spiritual guidance type machines. Because more and more efforts are being directed to these types of machines leads me to believe the world is indeed moving to more Love if for no other reason than it requires more Love to conceive of, build and operate such machines. Perhaps then we ought to stop looking at the nefariousness out there and be more focused on Love, peace and prosperity for all. What we focus on we get. |
